Hard Boiled Eggs

What can you do with them?
Deviled Eggs
- Crack hard boiled eggs. Slice eggs in half from top to bottom.
- Remove the yolks from the eggs. Place whites on plate, curved part down.
- In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Measure about 1 tablespoon mayo and 1 teaspoon mustard, stir into mashed yolks. The texture you are aiming for is a smooth paste. If too stiff, add small spoonful of mayo at a time.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer filling into plastic bag or piping bag. Push filling to bottom corner of bag.
- Cut of small part of corner with scissors. Pipe mixture into holes of white part of eggs. Season with different herbs. Enjoy!
In Salads
- Simply cut hard boiled eggs into cubes!
- Toss diced eggs on salad. Enjoy!
Egg Salad Sandwich
Ratio of 1 egg for 1 person
- Chop hard boiled egg. Mash with fork in small bowl.
- Mix in 1-2 tablespoons mayo, and any of the following; 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, salt, pepper, curry powder, or chopped celery.
- Place piece of lettuce (optional) on piece of bread. Pour mixture on top of piece of bread. Put another piece of bread on top of bread and mixture. Enjoy!
Tips on How to Crack Hard Boiled Eggs:
- Roll egg on plate, putting pressure on it. Peel the shell off of the egg.
